Worth writing about

• A number looks wrong. Tell us which page, what you put in and what you expected. This goes to the top of the list — a wrong figure here means somebody under-orders on a job.
• A calculator you want added. If you keep doing a sum by hand, say which one.
• A bag size or material we have missed. Especially if your region sells something standard that is not listed.
• Anything broken on your phone or browser.

What we cannot do

We cannot quote your job, recommend a contractor, or tell you whether a slab is thick enough for what you are putting on it. That last one is a question for an engineer, and the honest answer to it is never a number off a website.

Replies

Usually within a few days. Corrections get fixed faster than that.
